How to Use

DIFFUSER
Add 5–10 drops to a diffuser, adjusting the amount according to the size of the room and diffuser instructions.
INHALATION
Add 5–10 drops onto a tissue or aromatherapy inhaler and inhale the aroma as desired.
BODY & MASSAGE
Dilute 3–10 drops with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil, such as Jojoba Oil, before applying to the desired area.
COMPRESS
Add 3–5 drops to hot or cold water and use as an aromatic compress.
