How to Use
BATH & SPA
Add 1–2 cups of Epsom Salt to warm bath water. Settle in and saok for 20 minutes.
SHOWER
To exfoliate dead skin cells and soften the skin, mix 1 handful of Epsom Salt with 1 tablespoon of liquid body wash. Apply to wet skin and massage gently.
FOOT SOAK
To help relieve fatigue and soften rough skin on the feet, dissolve 1 cup of Epsom Salt in warm water. Soak feet for 10 minutes.
CONSTIPATION & DETOX
Dissolve 2 teaspoons of Epsom Salt in a glass full of water and drink immediately
